The fine print
Privacy policy
Last updated October 29, 2026
This website belongs to Anne Marie Scheffler. This page explains what information the site collects, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we only collect what you type into a form, we use it to answer you or send show news, and we never sell it.
What you send us
Newsletter sign-up: your name, email address, any message you add, and whether you want email updates.
Booking requests: your name, email, phone number, company, and the event details you enter.
When you submit a form, it is emailed to Anne Marie and her team, a copy is kept on the website’s server so nothing gets lost, and you get a confirmation email. We use these details only to reply to you, handle bookings, and send news about Anne Marie’s shows if you asked for it.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell, rent or trade your information. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, analytics services, or social media tracking pixels.
Visit counter
The number at the bottom of each page counts visits to the site. It stores a single running total on our server, and nothing about who you are.
Cookies and storage in your browser
The site itself sets no cookies. It remembers a few small things in your browser’s own storage, which never leave your device: that you dismissed the cookie notice, that you’ve already seen the show pop-up during this visit, and that this visit has been counted.
Some pages include players from other companies. YouTube videos use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode and only load when you press play. Apple Music players on the Store and Suddenly Mommy! pages load from Apple. Fonts load from Google Fonts. These services may receive your IP address and may set their own cookies, under their own privacy policies.
Links to other sites
Ticket links go to the venues’ own sites, such as Dynasty Typewriter. Their privacy policies apply once you’re there.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Hostinger. Like any web host, its servers keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you’ve sent us, or unsubscribe from the newsletter, at any time. Email annemariescheffler@gmail.com and we’ll take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
